Mela's Pan-seared Salmon & Peaches

Marinate salmon about an hour in a zip bag with a little of Mela's Oriental Fusion Sauce loosened up. It doesnt take much if you use a bag.

Sear the salmon till nearly done (done is medium rare) and add your remaining thicker Mela's Oriental Fusion Sauce. Remove salmon after finishing and add about 2 cups of sliced peaches to the pan. Cook till done on a lower heat. Frozen peaches work just fine here.

Serve peaches over salmon. We serve a timbale of Jasmine or Basmati rice as well as snow pea pods or asparagus on the side. A really tasty oriental/Georgia fusion dish! Enjoy!!
